Columbia China Sells Clinic Business to Nanyan Group, with CEC Capital as Exclusive Financial Advisor

Columbia China and Nanyan Group announce Nanyan Group's acquisition of Columbia China's clinic business.

CEC Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to Columbia China in this transaction.

Columbia China's shareholders include Sheares, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings based in Singapore, Columbia Pacific Management (CPM) from the United States, and Swire Pacific from Hong Kong. Headquarters in Shanghai, the company has established multiple hospitals and elderly care institutions in the affluent Yangtze River Delta region. The clinic division under Columbia Group includes three clinics: Shanghai Bano Outpatient Clinic, Shanghai Yihui Outpatient Clinic, and Shanghai Libo Medical Aesthetics Clinic.
