CEC Capital Group operates in two key business segments: investment banking and asset management. Our investment banking services include M&A and restructuring advisory, private placements, as well as LP and GP services. Since our inception, we have facilitated over RMB 100 billion in cumulative financing for our clients. In asset management, we manage a US dollar fund and an RMB fund, with total assets exceeding $3 billion .
Both our US dollar fund and RMB fund will seek to fully leverage our deep industry insight which we have developed through our investment banking activities over the years and focus on the three sectors we know the best--TMT, consumer and healthcare. Our investment management team come from renowned global and Chinese private equity powerhouses with years of experiences in both investment and post-investment management.
