WeChat Film Completes $105 million Series B Financing, CEC Capital Served as Exclusive Financial Advisor

WeChat Film (also known as Weipiao), China's leading online ticketing platform originally spun off from Tencent, owner of the popular Wechat services, announced today that it had raised $105 million in Series B financing, making it the single largest B round ever achieved by online ticketing companies in China.  The round was led by Wanda Group, which owns the largest cinema chain in China, along with Tencent.  
CEC Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor to WeChat Film in this transaction.
