Xingren Doctor Completes RMB 200 million Series B Financing, CEC Capital Served as Exclusive Financial Advisor

Xingren Doctor, a leading mobile platform for doctors in China, announced today that it had raised RMB 200 million in one of the largest Series B rounds in the mobile healthcare space.  FountainVest, a well-known private equity house founded by a group of senior bankers at Goldman Sachs, led the round.  The company's existing investors Sequoia Capital China and Lightspeed China also participated in this round.
CEC Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor to Xingren Doctor in this transaction.
