Edaixi Completes $100 million Series B Financing, CEC Capital Served as Exclusive Financial Advisor

Edaixi, an mobile-based laundry service provider, announced today that it had completed a $100 million Series B financing.  Baidu, China's leading online search company, led this round, making Edaixi one of the few Chinese startups that have both Tencent and Baidu in the shareholder list.  Existing investors Matrix Partners China and SIG Investment also co-invested in this round.
CEC Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor to Edaixi in this transaction.
