Zhongnan Heavy Industries Completes the Acquisition of Zhishang Interactive , CEC Capital served as the Exclusive Financial Advisor

Jiangyin Zhongnan Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (002445), an A-share listed company engaged in the manufacturing of industrial machinery, announced today that it had entered into definitive agreements to acquire 100% of Shenzhen Zhishang Interactive Technology Co., Ltd., a mobile game distribution company, for RMB 870 million.
Under the agreement, RMB 435 million will be paid in cash with the rest of consideration paid in common shares of the acquirer.    
CEC Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor to Zhishang Interactive in the transaction.
