Righton Completes Series A Financing, CEC Capital Served as Exclusive Financial Advisor

Righton Biology, a specialized molecular diagnostics company with test kits for leukemia, lymphoma, and solid tumors, today announced that it had completed its Series A financing.  These test kits can be used for oncology related diagnosis, prognosis, drug selection and therapeutic monitoring.  The lead investor was CDBI Partners , with participation from a US dollar fund managed by CEC Capital (formerly China eCapital).  
CEC Capital also served as the exclusive financial advisor to Righton in this transaction.
