Limon Pictures Completes $77 million Series B Financing, CEC Capital Served as Exclusive Financial Advisor

Limon Pictures, a leading independent producer of movies and TV series, today announced that it had completed an RMB 500 million ($77 million) Series B financing.  The round was led by Hony Capital, a leading private equity firm in China, with participation from Mango TV, the digital arm of the famed Hunan Broadcasting Group.  
China eCapital served as the exclusive financial consultant for Limon Pictures in this transaction.  
CEC Capital (formerly China eCapital) served as the exclusive financial advisor to Limon Pictures in this transaction.
