Ms. Jane Liao, Partner of CEC Capital and Head of the Biotech Team, has been awarded the title of "China’s Best Female Financial Advisor" for her outstanding professional expertise and remarkable transaction track record in the biotechnology sector.

Ms. Jane Liao joined CEC Capital in late 2022 and was promoted to Partner in April 2025. Prior to joining CEC Capital, she had extensive experience in the healthcare industry and related investment sectors. She previously worked at institutions including NIH-NIEHS, Chinese Academy of Sciences, BGI, Hongtai Capital, CAS Venture Capital and GuoKe Jiahe, with a strong interdisciplinary background in scientific research, industry and investment.
