CEC Capital Promotes Jane Liao and Maggie Qi to Partners, Appoints Teddy Zheng as Head of Technology M&A

CEC Capital recently announced the promotion of Jane Liao, Managing Director and Head of Synthetic Biology, and Maggie Qi, Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets (ECM), to Partners. The firm also appointed Teddy Zheng as Managing Director and Head of Technology M&A. The three leaders will jointly drive the firm’s strategic expansion in biomanufacturing, capital market services, and technology sector mergers & acquisitions.
